Evaluate your evening meal timing, nocturnal melatonin synthesis, and overnight mucosal repair window.

1\. When do you typically finish your evening dinner? Before 6:30 PM (Sunset / Optimal window) Between 6:30 PM and 8:00 PM Between 8:00 PM and 9:30 PM After 9:30 PM (Late-night digestion)
